After putting in over 48 hours of work, the Goodwill Volunteers held our first annual May Day Fun Fair and Cornhole Tournament on Saturday, May 1. Twelve members gathered at Station 30 around 0700 to prepare for the day, and due to high winds from a storm system the night before, the Fun Fair portion of the event was moved indoors. This change in weather also made it difficult to find cornhole teams, but the event ran smoothly! This community gathering ended around 1800 hours, and a great time was had by all. We look forward to doing this again in the coming years, and we thank everyone who made the trip out!
